Saline removal is a safe, non-laser technique used to lighten or remove unwanted brow pigment. A sterile saline solution is implanted into the skin, helping draw pigment to the surface during the healing process. As the skin heals and sheds, pigment is gradually lifted. This method is suitable for all skin tones and most pigment colors. Multiple sessions may be needed depending on pigment depth and saturation.
